To Place an Order (National and International)

Upon entering the www.remedica.com.au website for the first time you will notice that all pricing currency is Australian Dollars. Please take time to calculate currency differences, if any, between the AUD and your regions currency before confirming your order.

If you are an existing member with us, please make sure you are logged in to retrieve any offered return customer discounts or promotional offers with purchase when they are available. Logging in will also save time as this will help you to avoid having to re-enter your contact information when ordering with us.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept payment via Visa and MasterCard
If you do not wish to place an order using your credit card over the internet however feel comfortable placing an order over the phone, please feel free to contact us direct via the contact number within the CONTACT US page.

In general REMEDICa will not take orders where payment is requested to be made via bank account deposits. In these circumstances unless travelling to the nearest stockist is unreasonable we will usually direct your enquiry to a store.

There are always circumstances however when visiting a stockist is not an easy task and we will do our best to make purchasing our product as easy and convenient for you as possible.

Standard National Shipping

REMEDICa Australia offers periodical promotional “free shipping” offers.

To avoid delays and incorrect charges please try to remain consistent with customer login addresses, billing addresses and delivery. Correlation amongst all three will ensure accuracy of billing, delivery and customer service.

Sydney Local Metro, Australian Intra-State and Interstate delivery charges can be managed by the following options which will be provided as reference and nomination by you upon finalising your order:

1) Australia Post Options for local, intra-state, interstate and international freight. These include standard post, Air Freight Priority and EMS international Courier.

2) Sydney Metro Door To Door Courier Flat Rate

3) TNT Express Couriers Outer Sydney / NSW Regional up to 3kg Door to Door ONLY Flat Rate

4) TNT Express Outer Sydney NSW Region and National courier – Door to Door only (3kg -5kg) Flat Rate

5) International Courier – only EMS or standard air freight priority (with insurance).

Please note for an interstate order over 5kg (Door to Door Courier and Not Australia Post or PO Box Delivery) a flat rate of  $15.00 will apply.

All Orders for Australia will be shipped from our Sydney, Australia based warehouse.

*Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of receiving them, so please add this time to expected delivery times.

Other

Packages that are returned to us and marked as "Return to Sender", "Unclaimed", "Attempted Unknown", "Refused", or "Invalid Street Address", will be credited back to the customer's credit card on file, less the shipping and handling fee.
