REMEDICa Australia does ship internationally and has been doing so since the brand was launched in 2002 with the exception of the following areas:
- Greece,
- Nigeria and the continent of Africa
- Spain
Please also note Australia’s postal system does not offer insurance on some destinations such as Indonesia.
Japan - For convenience and savings on shipping expenses please note REMEDICa’s distributor in Japan will ship most products. Please contact them directly to place an order or enquiry on product availability.

International Ordering and Shipping Selection
For International orders, we require a confirmation by you for the proposed shipping rates. Once you have placed an order with us including your preferred shipping option which will be displayed while finalising your order, your credit card will be transacted on for the full purchase including nominated shipping. Calculation of shipping is based on both destination, class of freight including insurance options and gross weight of product to be sent.
We will email you within 2 business days with a confirmation of order as a proforma to confirm the costs for your nominated shipping so all is clear before the product is sent. If at that time a change to shipping is required, we will confirm adjustment to your credit card either refunding or amending freight costs according to your request and authorisation.
Shipping Preferences
We recommend that all international orders nominate either Australia Post EMS express courier service option or Air Mail Priority with Insurance. This will provide customers with the best possible service and allows us to track your product.
Shipping prices are based on destination, class of shipping service and gross weight of product.
REMEDICa also services larger volume purchasing via FED Ex and fulfil both 10kg and 20kg international flat rate parcels. If you wish to enquire on large volume purchasing please email us via our Contact Us page.
Please note that your purchase will not be sent until you have confirmed your order with us.
Charges attributed to all international orders that have not been confirmed by the customer within 14 working days from the proforma being sent will be refunded within 30 days of the original order and a confirmation of cancellation and refund will be emailed.
General Information
No shipping to international PO Boxes
Confirmed international orders will usually be dispatched within 2 business days from confirmation/authorisation.
Customs and Duties: All customs and import duties are applied when your shipment reaches the destination country. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and we cannot estimate them due to rate fluctuations according to location. All customs and import fees are solely your responsibility and will not be refunded by REMEDICa. If applicable please contact your local customs office for details on how charges will be applied in your area.
Please note: Perfume and volatile goods cannot be shipped internationally.
